Returns and Refunds
We encourage you to please take your time in deciding on
your purchase as we do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for change of
mind. This includes orders which have not been shipped.
We realise that online shopping carries various risks
related to dimensions, colours, materials and textures. We thus encourage and
welcome you to please visit workshop before you purchase or alternatively if
you are unable, we would be more than delighted to have a face time call so we
can show you our products in its flesh and furthermore explain in more details
the colours, materials and textures of each product before you purchase. Please
understand that all images used are for illustration purposes only.
Every effort is made from our end to be as transparent about
the colours/finishes and textures and as
such we do not offer refunds or returns based on the above or any disputes
related to colours/materials/textures. Dimensions are approximations to their
nearest accuracy and can slightly vary to do the nature of manufacturing.
If a refund or exchange is agreed to by Marble ACT there may
be an admin/handling fee. Please note that delivery charges and cost to return
the product/s are not credited to the customer. Once a product has been
shipped, even if it has not yet arrived at its intended destination, shipping
costs are not refunded to the customer. In the event that shipping is free, the
shipping costs incurred to deliver the order to the customer will be deducted
from the from the final credit.
All returns must be in their original packaging and present
in a way that would allow Marble ACT to resell the product. Unfortunately, we
cannot accept any returns where the original packaging has been ripped, damaged
or discarded. We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we deem
damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in
accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or failure to take reasonable care.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will inspect your
product and a credit will be processed within 14 working days. Please email:
info@marbleact.com to initiate a product return.
Returns, exchanges and refunds are considered void 15 days
from the purchase date if the product/s remain uncollected or the customer
delays the delivery date, where a product is in stock and/or available for pick
up or delivery.
We reserve the right to determine how discounts are applied
and to whom they are given. While we strive to provide accurate information
about our discounts, errors may occur, and we cannot guarantee the availability
or accuracy of the discounts offered. Additionally, we are not liable for
honouring discounts 24 hours after a purchase has been made. Customers are
responsible for ensuring that the discount is applied at the time of purchase,
and any issues or concerns should be addressed promptly with our customer
service team.
Special and Custom orders begin production almost
immediately upon order placement and are manufactured to your specifications.
As such the item/items can not be returned, canceled or changed at any time.
For special orders payment is required in full and can not be refunded at any
point. Once delivered, special order returns or exchanges due to custom
preference, change of mind or any other reason cannot be accepted. Please note
that all shipping and freight charges are none refundable and are the customers
responsibility.
Any item collected from our warehouse must be inspected by
the recipient upon pick up and signed for as having been received in the
condition in which it was collected. We hereby advise that all pickups from our
warehouse immediately void any warranty or guarantee that may be in place on
the item, and we cannot be held liable for any damages or defects incurred
after the item has left our warehouse. We have no control over how the item is
handled once it leaves our premises, and as such, we cannot be held liable for
any loss, damage of them item. By collecting an item from our warehouse, the
recipient acknowledges and accepts the foregoing terms and conditions.
Any item purchased off the floor at a reduced sale price
does not carry our manufacturers warranty and is sold as is with no refunds or
returns. We are not responsible for any breakages or damages that may occur
during or after items have been picked up from our showroom and handled by
anyone other than our preferred logistics partner.
